• Minor scarring and well healed bone fractures. No injuries that might cripple or otherwise affect the patient's performance on the field.

Report: Patient physically fully capable to work on the field. Diet and exercise regime

seems to be in order. No medication, supplements, or changes required.

Mental Evaluation:

Corruption: Traces of Fel.

Phobias: No.

Mental Imbalance: Despite slight awkwardness around people and father issues, nothing of greater note.

Notable injuries affecting performance:

• Fine traces of Fel was found corrupting the patient's mind. Will not be affecting performance but needs to be watched for and treated.

Report: Patient mentally stable enough to work on the field. Appointed treatments against the fel corruption and mind warding to keep it contained.
